Nov 24,2023Seems like they don't want your business! been trying to place an order since yesterday!! all they say is someone will call you back without any time frame! they use a third-party company to answer the phone hence you cant talk to anyone to find out whats going on with your quote! I just left a review on reviews.io which was removed straightaway!

Nov 23,2023Disorganised and useless. Having multiple items printed and all have gone wrong. Was under the impression that everything was being printed having been signed off and paid, but over a week later they're losing emails, and nothing is in production despite assurances it was. I'm now 36 hours away from our largest event of the year with no stock, and I'm cancelling half my Christmas pre-orders as Everything Branded is unable to produce what had been agreed. Also one of the items they have tried to increase the price, AFTER they quoted and we paid. Holding us hostage over an order that we had already started promoting to our customers Waste of time. AVOID.

Nov 13,2023Tried ordering on behalf of a charity I work for and they only wanted to rip us off. Fake prices, fake quotes, genuinely illegal practice, would rather lose trade and risk bad reviews and report to trading standards than honor their quotes. Was given a quote which says valid for 14 days. When attempting to proceed I was told by email that the prices had changed since last week. Notepads increased from £2.722 to £3.415 (25%) and Pens increased from £0.234 (or £0.364 per 100) to £0.932 (298%). Naturally I requested them to honor the existing quote and they said ok thats fine and gave me the invoice. After paying the invoice they then told me the prices in the system wont allow them to send for production and I would have to pay extra (a new price, different to both of those previously quoted). I asked for an immediate refund and a credit note for the amount paid and just get told "thanks for this, will revert if anything", it is now 4 weeks since they had the money and they are still not refunding our charity.

Nov 10,2023Had been given quotes for similar items for around a week before i eventually proceeded with one of the designs I was happy with. I dealt with the same account manager throughout. I then placed my order with them which i was sent an official quote and a image of how my design would look. I then was sent an invoice with the invoice stating exactly what i was purchasing along with the price i was paying. I paid the invoice the very next morning and emailed my account manager to let her know it has been paid. I was then emailed over an hour later letting me know that they had "misquoted" me and now wanted me to pay almost double what i had originally been quoted despite receiving the same quote for 10 days prior to the invoice. The price i was quoted and invoiced was for 74ppu & they now wanted me to pay £1.46pu. The account manager claimed this was due to her misquoting the colour of the item I ordered, yet on the invoice and all previous quotes it quite clearly states the colour I had purchased. Now rather than owning the mistake made & honouring the price agreed like any business should in this scenario I was then made to wait the majority of the day for a response and a further 3 days for my refund to be processed as i refused to now proceed with my order from a company that have acted like crooks. It makes me wonder if this is a tactic used as most would to save hassle just arrange a further payment to receive the goods. The account manager was very sarcastic in further emails in which i asked for an update on the refund process. Most definitely would not recommend.
