Sep 14,2023Terrible service and suspect these recent 5* reviews may be fake. I placed an order; never received confirmation once I had paid. I had to chase constantly for tracking info, could not get anywhere on the phone and email responses were very slow and unhelpful. Delivery was NOT on the promised date but three days later and tracking info only given eventually on the day of delivery. I cannot comment on the quality of the keyrings as we have not used them yet but would never use this company again.

He then worked to make sure the materials that would be printed were of good enough quality that they wouldn't be blurry or cost an arm and a leg to print. Very easy to talk to and quick to respond.

Sep 29,2023Looked on the website to buy some branded gin glasses and sent an enquiry in. The sales rep sent back everything but a gin glass quote, so I went back to her again to say I asked for a gin glass cost. She then told me that they no longer stock gin glasses. Explained maybe she should have started with that! She then just replied and said thanks for your response!! Rude customer service and attitude
