Oct 16,2023Really easy company to work with- my online enquiry was responded to quickly with an account manager assigned. Daniel Ogden provided me with detailed quotes and additional options. He answered all my questions clearly and talked me through the process from accepting the quote to delivery. He kept me informed throughout by call/email. The goods were ordered by me for a charity so didn’t see sight of the final items- the charity was really pleased and will be provided to their volunteers. Would highly recommend using this firm.

Oct 11,2023Horrible experience. They never provided tracking links for my deliveries. Their supplier sent the shipment earlier than expected. The TNT driver never left notices. As a result, I waited on my delivery date, while instead my shipment had been redirected back to the supplier in Poland. When I finally found out what happened, I contacted EverythingBranded to solve this mess. They said "great news, the goods are still in UK, when are you available?". That was 3 days ago. The delivery never came. EverythingBranded is not replying. I have an exhibition tomorrow and I am left without my branded goods. I am furious. Worst experience ever. UPDATE: I was left without my branded items for my 3 day long exhibition, resulting in a loss of money, business and reputation. When I contacted EverythingBranded asking for a refund, they managed to outdo themselves without replying to my requests. From their entry level employees to the director, nobody is to be trusted in this company. Their unwillingness to take responsibility for their own shortcomings and their attitude are something I never experienced before with an online company. This is by far the worst business I ever dealt with in 20+ years. Their lack of professionalism and basic manners is just shocking. My goods showed up unannounced a month after my exhibition, with a sticker on it saying they had no contact number. The address form on the box had my phone number on 2 sides!!! I'm now left with a bunch of branded items that I don't need. I urge anyone reading this to not trust their positive reviews!

She was instrumental in recommending products and dealing with suppliers to accommodate short lead times and delivery requirements. Nothing was too much trouble even when producing and amending print proofs. I couldn't fault her service, 10/10.
