Jun 29,2023I placed an order for some branded items. After sending them the artwork they demanded immediate payment. A week later they contacted me to say that they could not fulfill the order as there was no colour match, so I cancelled the order expecting an immediate refund. Over 6 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund. If you check the accounts on companies house the business is sitting on a pile of cash, some of which does not belong to them.

Jun 21,2023I ordered some branded balloons for an event for a client. Detailed everything I needed in the quote and when I needed them. After quoting the job and accepting the order the rep (Steve Clark) then said he couldn't deliver the order on time without an extra charge to express the production. I explained they have already accepted the order with agreed delivery date so should express the order from their end. This was agreed and I paid for the original order. I chased twice to ensure it was in production and would be delivered in time for the event and was promised it would be. Fast forward to the day before the event and you guessed it - no delivery - they blamed their supplier for letting them down. I fail to accept that was the case as they apparently spoke to their supplier twice in the week the I chased them and confirmed everything was on track for delivery. Outcome, I let my client down, paid upfront for a job that wasn't delivered, spent around 2/3 hours sorting and chasing them and lost any profit for the order. Not great and I won't be using them again!
