Jul 20,2023I would like to thank Aaliyah Towers for all her help with my promotional items, she is very helpful and professional and is willing to go that extra mile with anything she can. The only little gripe I have is that the phone service everything branded use isn't up to the same standard as Aaliyah and Ranel this did out shadow the service until Aaliyah calls back then you realise how good she really is.

They even sent me other ideas for future products. I hope my product is as good as there initial response. Can't wait to see it in person.

Jul 19,2023Warning! This company orders from abroad and if goods fail to arrive, get held up or lost they WILL block your calls and e-mails. i ordered pencils on 18th May. They are with TNT in Dartford ( finally arriving from Hungary!) Goods have no tracking since 21st June and require information regarding sender and a box description in order to start a search - I am now being totally ignored from Everything Branded. This company should be not be trading. I'd give 0 stars if it let me.

Daniel made the process very smooth, and always responded our queries and requests promptly, and I had a lot since it was my first time organizing branch merchandise for an event. I had a great experience with his customer service and the products arrived exactly on the date requested.

Jul 15,2023Second time attempt for this year. Benefit of the doubt! On the 3rd of July I had started a sample with them which states it take 48 hours to respond. Thanks for your request. Your details have been passed on to our dedicated customer service team who will be in touch soon. Their email: “We'll aim to provide a reply within the next hour, but it can take up to 48 hours to respond to your quote during weekends or busy periods” It’s been nearly 2 flipping weeks! I needed sample bags for my gummies with my logo design and still waiting for a response after I sent over my images and everything in hopes that I could do business with this company. Clearly they pick and choose who to deal with because I tried with them last year and the same thing happened. It’s unprofessional and a Waste of time. I will never do this again!
