Aug 28,2024Firstly I would like to thank May Catacutan for all her assistance in helping me get my project finished. She undeniably has the best customer service I've received online. I've never had to call because she responds promptly making this online experience extremely smooth. I had some trouble with the printing on the product and full transparency I wasn't happy with the quality. I sent May some pics and explained why I wasn't happy with them. She personally chased the supplier for a resolution and even when they didn't respond promptly she still emailed me an update every day of what she was waiting for. If there was no update then she would reach out early and let me know. I was never left feeling unsupported or feeling like now they had my purchase they weren't willing to help. Shortly after I reported the problem, May came back with a resolution in which I was more than pleased to accept. Even after the issues found I would 1000%use Everything branded again!!! I Hope May gets Her commission and some praise and promoted to training newbies as it's rare to get service like hers nowadays!!!!! I'd come back to Everything Branded for May alone, THANKYOU MAY <3
