Jul 01,2024Earl was fast at responding to you through the websites chat box, and then via emails when i sent my design across, but then got completely ignored and the "sales department" never actually got back in touch regarding the mock up design and quote even after chasing them up and a whole week going by - however after reading the below reviews I feel as though I had a lucky escape 😬 thanks for wasting everyone's time guys 🙃

Jun 28,2024Avoid this company. Once payment is made, their customer service becomes appalling with a total lack of communication. We placed an order well in advance, clearly communicated our deadline, and were assured it would be a 'rushed order' and 'express'. It has been three weeks since then, and we still have no tracking information or updates. Normalya, our initial contact, was completely unable to provide any information throughout the process. When Jake took over, the same lack of communication continued. The artwork approval process was tedious, lacking attention to detail, and required several attempts to be understood and agreed upon. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Jun 14,2024First they rush you into confirming the order promising you that they will be able to deliver it on the day that you requested and then after having placed the order the communication goes blank. We never received any order update or a confirmation that the product had been sent. To receive tiny details I was forced to call on daily basis but even then they were not able to give me clear answers. The product arrived 5 days too late and up to this day the company failed to send me an invoice with the correct details on it after having requested it 3 times now. Only order here when you have enough time and no rush for products to arrive. All in all this was the worst order experience I have ever encountered.

Whilst quick to respond in terms of new order and payment taken we are finding it impossible now to get communication, our order is seriously late with no explanation or assurance of delivery. Our emails are going unanswered. The product ordered forms an integral party of our branded offering and as such this is causing significant impact with our customers.
