Her quick responses and suggestions for the fun things to do and restaurants while in Zermatt were appreciated and booked. She is the best; very organized, solid attention to detail with a real desire to meet your customer's needs. I should make her an offer to head up our logistics operations here in California.

Dec 18,2017The Concierge service is beyond excellent. Three words: professional, friendly and responsive. Our representative was incredibly helpful with booking excursions, transport, car rental and restaurant reservations. We even had our villa stocked with groceries. I would highly recommend this service through Exceptional Villas.

Nov 26,2017This is our fourth trip to Barbados with EV. Their agents have been super - helping us find and book great spots. They have taken care of the logistics and followed up to see that things went well. They cheerfully dealt with all our changes. Due to EV we had a great time.

Nov 21,2017I've used Exceptional Villas several times to book properties in Barbados. They've been very helpful and knowledgeable, having visited many of the properties themselves. Their service goes beyond the booking of the villa, assisting with restaurant reservations, excursions, airport transfers, etc. They were also very helpful in finding the best rate possible for the properties I was interested in. I would highly recommend using them to book and plan your next vacation.

Nov 14,2017From the minute I reached out to exceptional villa and was introduced to Paul the service he provided on our search for the perfect house to host a 40th birthday couples bash was superb! He was very patient with us on going through a long search till we could get to the perfect villa for our party! He connected us with Julie who then helped answer many of our questions about our trip. They set up our airport transportation which led us to meet Sherwin our driver who came with a beautiful Mercedes van upon arrival! What a great surprise that we called him the entire trip to drive us everwhere we went! He even went above and beyond to reserve us a table at Oisten’s! High Breeze gave my group many great memories!! The house was stunning and the Sonos speakers throughout the home was icing on the cake for my group! Our only request was that the pool wasn’t heated and their wasn’t a hot tub. The staff was very kind and we had many great family meals together in the beautifully set up tables! Thank you exceptional villas for created an unbelievable trip we won’t forget!!

Nov 13,2017This is the second time we have used Exceptional Villas this year for two successive holidays to Barbados, The villa recommendations, quality. location, private cook and booking process through Yvonne is excellent and the organisation of the trip via Julie is like having your own personal concierge. She is terrific and organises VIP airport greetings, private transfers, car hire delivered to our villa, shopping and wine deliveries, private yoga and exercise classes at the villa, and restaurant bookings.Nothing is too much trouble. Then when you arrive you are made most welcome by a representative on the ground who will provide any additional services and local recommendations. We like to travel to the very best hotels and villas around the World and have first class service and Essential Villas certainly lives up to our exacting standards. As a testament to the quality of service we have recently recommended our very close personal friends to Essential Villas and they have reserved the same villa as us for the week after. We would like to thank Yvonne and Julie for their superb service and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of holidaying in the Caribbean

The original Villa we wanted wasn't available but Exceptional Villas helped us find something else that hit all the checkpoints on our list. They are very communicative and responsive in a timely manner. We are looking forward to our visit with Exceptional Villas.

Oct 25,2017Julie Kirby, in particular, has been extremely helpful, accommodating, professional and prompt in her responses. I had a very sudden death in the family at the time of my initial booking in 2016 and she worked with me to reschedule the booking for this year. Not many companies will do that without penalizing customers; please know that it was greatly appreciated.
