We operate our own European based contact center in Kenmare, Co. Kerry, Ireland. On arrival a warm greeting from Diana and Candy started the holiday in a perfect way. Very helpful and even though we were late arriving we didn’t feel they were in a rush to leave. Fabulous place so a great start. Let’s see what the next two weeks bring.

Jan 25,2024All around 5 star trip! Marianne was beyond helpful with the planning. Her communication was excellent and she was on top of every detail/very responsive. The house itself was immaculate. Widi and Wayan took care of us during our stay in Turks & Caicos and they were extraordinary. They didn't miss a beat! Shan cooked us an amazing dinner for our last night, I wouldn't change a thing!

Jan 24,2024I stayed at Noble House with a group of college girlfriends. We had such a wonderful time! Chef Kevin prepared traditional Jamaican dishes that we loved! Chris Roy and Jaylen kept us happy with rum concoctions and amazing place settings. The level of care we received from the entire team was perfect! We hired a driver for the week, but honestly, there isn’t much reason to leave the villa. It’s lovely and the staff is wonderful!!! Highly, highly recommend!

Once we made our decision of ‘when, where and which’, we were guided through the process with our concierge, handling all of our queries with ease. Many would assume the title Exceptional refers to their villas they broker all over the world, however it could equally apply to their employees. Gwladys was able to secure a phenomenal villa for myself and my family on St. Barths during festive season. On a date range and a value that Eden Rock couldn't even secure. After booking our Villa, we were introduced to Noreen. Noreen handled every single detail of our trip including coordinating arrivals, transfers, rentals for 4 separate families coming from four separate locations. In addition, she was instrumental in helping us book some excellent private jet transfers from Florida to St. Maarten and then St. Barths. In addition, Noreen was able to secure ALL of our impossible to get dinner, lunch and beach club reservations for our trip to St. Barths during festive season. She was able to do it faster than the AMEX Centurion desk, which to me was rather impressive. I cannot stress enough how much work and effort she put into planning our trip. The email chain I have with her over the last few months is easily 100+ emails long. Her relentless attention to detail and recommendations to have everything perfectly organized from the transfers, to the private chef to the restaurant reservations has been perfect. I strongly and without reservation recommend Exceptional Villas for anyone looking to take a holiday at a luxurious house and location around the world. The service provided by Exceptional Villas is truly first class.
