Exceptional Villas are one of the world's leading luxury vacation rental experts. Founded in 1992, we are based in Ireland and feature over 1,500 of the finest luxury villas from all over the world. We operate our own European based contact center in Kenmare, Co. Kerry, Ireland. Each of our properties has been personally inspected by our dedicated Villa Specialists to ensure the highest standards.

Trip hasn't happened yet but is fully arranged. I am confident and comfortable that she will be there should we need. Highly recommend. Thank you to Elaine and Exceptional Villas! Sep 01,2023My family of eight had the most wonderful vacation. Our Villa was just one year old, so everything was brand new. The staff at the villa were so pleasant and did everything they could to make our visit special; from the delicious breakfast every morning with homemade coffee cake to fresh fruit and cappuccino. We also had several dinners in and they were some of the best meals we had on the entire trip. Elaine Donoghue was our concierge contact and she was amazing, from helping with special outings(boat trip one day with snorkeling and views of the coastline). She helped with finding drivers to take us to other destinations( trip to Pompei with a delicious lunch at a vineyard after the tour. Also help with dinner reservations, and all kinds of useful information; I just can’t say enough about how much we appreciated her help. I felt after daily chats with Elaine I had found a new best friend.

She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made everything happen. i would highly recommend using Exceptional villas and we will definitely be using them our next trip as well.

Jul 20,2023We recently returned from Barbados after a 7-night stay at Foster House arranged expertly by Yvonne and Rowena of Exceptional Villas. We shared this magnificent villa with our two sons and their families. With a stunning view of the water, and such spacious and beautiful accommodations, we had everything at our disposal. The staff were wonderful - we were blessed to have Cheryl, our cook, and her lovely staff. They were kind and friendly to us all. The house was always clean and the food delicious.
