Dec 18,2023The loan application process is ridiculous! I have used this organisation for almost 4 years and I have never had issues with my payments. They recently sent me a “you are eligible for a top up” with two months left to complete my current loan. After I made the application, they made the process very inquisitive sending multiple emails answering one question after the other which is clearly on my application and credit file. I felt as if I was under interrogation and I asked them to cancel my application. I am glad I cancelled. And never again will I use them or recommend them to anyone. If you want to be treated like a beggar or criminal, then apply to this high interest loan organisation.
