Avoid! I will never recommend this company to anyone who is struggling with their finances. I first called their team to explain my situation, Recent UC claimant and wanted to apply for a loan to cover months' bills. I was told by an advisor that I was eligible. I made an application online, and gave permission access to my bank account. Once I submitted the application - less than 3 mins later received a text saying I was declined. When I phoned their office I was told that I have no income in my bank account just UC credit. This company portrays to help people in need, but turns out that they are "Gas-lighters" exploiting on people's financial hardships. I truly will not recommend it.

Deffo scam company. Did my application at 4am uploaded bank documents for “one of the team” to look at. Then 30 mins later got declined. Don’t think staff are working that time to look through bank statements so definitely not on an individual basis. Save your time don’t bother.
