Dec 04,2024Bought 2 games. It came with an extra game where you neede to spin the wheel to get a random game. Ofcourse the random game was garbage, but that was not the problem. After realising one of the 2 games i bought was the wrong version i tried to refund it the day that i bought it. Wel turns out i could not refund it the game as i had spun the wheel for the garbage free game and so by their rules, once you do that you revoke any refund on the other games you bought together... I now understand why they give you a free garbage game. First and last time i wil ever use this store *edit* After they got in touch with me they resolved the issue in a quick manner. Thanks again Fanatical

Dec 04,2024advertising their bundles which are basically just lootbox gambling. they lure you in with the "chance" of multiple AAA games possibly, but then when you order you get what amounts to 3 basic no name games that look like theyd be given for free on epic games. not even worth the $5. They also never tell you how many games total are possibly in this list. From the stores own page and the PCGAMESN article they only list the 4 AAA titles and a couple others to make it seem like you have good odds of getting a quality game. Dec 04,2024Misleading advertisment. Mystery bundle description is worded to sound like it would contain at least 1 of the AAA titles it has listed below. Yet the titles revealed after purchasing the bundle were none of the ones listed in the description, not even AAA titles.

Dec 03,2024The customer representative did not help me. My victimization continues. It should not be difficult for you to give 1 more spin. I will not forgive you. I am right about this problem. I want my right, that's all. It does not say that 1 spin will be given per order in the basket, it says 3 per customer, I thought 3 spins would be given, but then I saw that 1 spin was written in very small writing, it is so wrong to write it after placing the order, it is deceiving the customer. Solve the problem.
