Dec 09,2024It was a stressful experience at first because after I booked the flight they called and told me the flight I had booked didn't have seats available... then they said i can have another flight on the same dates but it would be $680 usd more per person than what i originally paid, then they called and said I can have the same sunwing flight but it would be standby and no carry on or checked bags allowed. After hours on the phone with 3 different people on multiple days, they finally resolved the issue. I had to change the dates of my vacation and choose different flights with different times that ended up making us arrive to the resort later and return from the resort earlier which makes us essentially lose 2 days at the resort. Booked it Thursday Dec.5 but it didn't get resolved until Saturday Dec.7th. Once everything was sorted with the help of Steve Cooper, I then received a phone call and email from Brooklyn Woods who went over everything with me and was very helpful. Now I just need to have our seating arrangements sorted so we can have 3 of us together and the 4th person sitting on the isle seat of the other row (because it is 3 seats in each row) I also need to figure out the checked bags situation. If everything wasn't resolved I would have given zero stars and if I didn't have all the hassle and headaches I would have given 5 stars. 4 stars because they actually did resolve the problem (but like I said i had to change the dates of my vacation and lose 2 days because of the time of the flights)

Dec 09,2024Sophia sent a ticket: I won't use this company again. This experience was the worst. It was my fault for not buying the ticket until 2 weeks before the flight, and I trusted the cheap price. The initial flight price was $1400, but the final price became $2500. Also, my assistant never understood my preferences. I kept telling them I couldn't change the flight date, but they kept pushing me to buy a ticket with a different date. I eventually compromised with the deal. Additionally, I spent an extra week to purchase the ticket. They were very nice and helpful, but they made me wait a long time. This week was so stressful for me. I hope this never happens to anyone else. This is just my personal opinion and experience.

Dec 08,2024Called me and told me they were getting me a flight for a specific time and told me it was non-refundable then a week later called me to tell me they couldn’t get me on the flight I booked and up-charged me $50 to put me on another flight. I went to the frontier (which the flight I booked was through) and was able to get a ticket for my original flight. Lies and thiefs. Not too mention they speak broken English. Worst experience I have had, would tell everyone I know to stay away
