Dec 01,2024I got tickets and when I read the terms and conditions it did not state I will not be able to bring luggage’s. So It really wasn’t a good deal that I thought I was purchasing. Overall unsatisfied won’t be using your company again .

Dec 01,2024I had paid for a reservation online with a promotion price, then when I contacted customer service the agent immediately manipulated my reservation and he said with the promotion price the airport will not let me check-in any baggage and I was only allowed to bring a carry-on bag. After the call I read the Terms and Conditions and it says I was allowed to check-in baggage under the airline policy. I know the agent intention was to cancel my reservation which he did to sell me another one more expensive instead so he can get his incentive or commission from my call. I wish I can escalate this and get my original reservation back. Very bad service from the sales agent.

Nov 30,2024COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!! Booked this so my brother could come to my wedding. Ticket price 415. Then they call the day before he is supposed to leave and said that his flight was canceled but we can book a flight at a “regular” price… as she is looking it up we are too. The price was in the 900 now. But when she came back it was 1400…. Literal took my brother away from being at my wedding. Terrible company. Total scam. So sad.

Nov 30,2024This was THE WORST experience of my life. This is a complete SCAM. Don’t ever trust this company or do any business with this company EVER. They are scammers, participate in false advertising, and hide detrimental terms accompanied with their service until after the fact. This was an awful experience and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. The only good thing I can say is that the customer service representatives were just trying to do their jobs. Everything else is awful.

Nov 29,2024Scam company, their google address even leads to a random driveway in florida. All reviews on this site are fake - in my four phone calls with the company not a single time was the answer not from an indian call center, so any american name reviews are paid for. This company "leases" out tickets that don't exist or are "promotional" then will call you 12 hours after to upscale you to a 2x as expensive ticket because all of the sudden your flight is "not available." Do NOT deal with them. They are an indian call center designed to steal your info and your money. If you DID deal with them, immediately dispute and cancel all credit cards you gave them.
