Mar 27,2025I purchased 2 platforms from this company for $7,500. YoYumm and Vivo Cabs. It has been 10 months and I still do not have either platform. The YoYumm platform was so filled with Dummy Data and errors it would not work. They want me to pay to get the errors fixed. The Vivo Cabs platform appears to have many ways to accept payment, but it does not. It only has 2 payment gateways, but you will not know this until after you purchase the platform. One gateway is only located in Africa and the other gateway you will have to apply to underwriting to see if they will accept your business. I wanted to use Stripe as my payment gateway. Vivo Cabs does have Stripe on their platform, but it is only for customers to add money to their wallets. Customers cannot pay directly with their credit cards. To get Vivo Cabs set up to accept credit card payments, they told me it would take an extra $1,000. They lie, record every conversation you have with them, It is a total fraud. In addition, I had to give them access to my google accounts in order to set up the platform. They had the audacity to use my Gmail account to write themselves a 5-star review. See the review in the picture. You can tell by the language that it is not written by me, and I have not worked with them for years!! Based on how they treated me and what they did with my Gmail account, I assume all of the good reviews about FAtbit technologies are written by their staff. Read the 1-star reviews. Those are correct!! The people that I worked with are: Bhavik Gandhi, Abhishek Rao, Akhilesh Sayal, and Kapil Grover. Do not work with these people. Save your money!

Oct 15,2024After doing a bit of research in March 2024, I decided to start an online language leaning platform focusing on African languages. I got discouraged as the cost of developing the platform locally was very high. After doing more research I was adviced to use a white label platform instead. When I did a Google search Yo!coach was the best white label service provider recommended. I did a demo tour and the platform had everything I needed and it was user friendly. I launched alingo on the 1st of October 2024 and I would say the customer service from the team is the best. I would like to Thank Ms. Dipti and Mr. Sanjay for the friendly and fast assistance whenever I need it. Dipti is very professional and supportive when helping us resolve issues. I would definitely recommend Yo!Coach services/products. They have made the process seamlessly efficient. Yo!Coach transformed my dream of alingo into a reality.

Girish was always available during work hours and promptly answered all of our concerns. After one year of using the platform, we can say we are happy with it! One comment: we weren't expecting that additional features or changes to the platform would cost significantly more compared to market prices.
