Services of FDTS is great but market competition is making Federal Direct Expensive. To be us profitable and be able to grow, prices as tax prepare must come down; otherwise, we will die. We lost almost 70% of our customer and all due to the price. If tax payer pay cash, we control the cost of preparing the taxes; however, if tax payer wants their fee to be pulled from their tax return, now our fee is split 50% with Federal plus $25 for banking; now it s already too expensive.

They have been unbelievably patient with this new kid on the block. I came from Intuit ProSeries and was amazed at just how helpful Federal Direct people have been. On one call to customer service Joe answered the phone. I asked "are you Joe Rogers" the owner of Federal Direct? Yes it was that Joe Rogers. I can't remember when I actually got the owner of a company on the help line.

I just signed my contract so I really can't give a 5 star just yet. I will however come back and give an updated review after I receive my materials and get started. I'm very excited. John Rogers and Adam has given me nothing but the upmost customer service and answered all of my questions. I look forward to working with Federal Direct and growing my Tax Service.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. I don't know alot about starting a tax business, but they keep me updated and informed and the staff makes me feel like my business is going to be a success and that they have my back . Glad I joined the company.

My experience with federal direct has been excellent. I have nothing negative to say about this company. A few years ago when I decided that I wanted to start my own Tax Business, I went online to look for reviews to determine which company that I wanted to work with. Federal Direct Tax Services came up during my search and I saw that they had many excellent reviews. I knew from reading those reviews that this was a company that I needed to work with to help jump start my tax business. From that moment, I never looked back and today I can honestly say that this was one of the best decisions I have made. I have been working with Federal Direct Tax Services for about 6 years now. I started working with them under some one else and eventually wrote my own contract with them for the last three years. The technical department both Tony and Joshua are extremely irreplaceable. Tax department I have actually worked with every last one of them. I actually don't have a preference as to which individual is the best. Everyone , ( John, Joe, Tina, Derick, Richard, Josiah and even Josh has been extremely helpful, informative, and honest. They remind me of the Warriors, The best in the Game. Customer service, technical support and Tax support are wonderful. For any business trying to get off the ground they are able to accommodate and assist you in making your work load easier and less stressful. Thank you. California supports Federal Direct!!!!!

The staff at federal direct is extremely helpful Respectful and honest Their attitude is always tuned to the proper setting You call they answer You need help they handle Their is no other team I rather work with I have worked with this team for 10 years and I can’t think of one complaint that I can share If I had to start my tax business again It would be no other than with federal direct and their dream team.
