Tony did a great job initializing the Federal Direct software, explaining the process, and completing the install all with ease. The next day was an overview and training by Richard. Through remote log-on, Richard provided clear and concise instruction as he trained me on the hierarchy of the software, lead me through many examples, schedules, filing costs, and we even discussed hot topical tax issues pertinent to 2015 filing. He spent a very generous amount of time teaching in the various areas including other resources available to me as a Federal Direct partner and the various IRS certifications available. Richard is a very gifted trainer and will ask for him the next time I have a training need. Thanks to both Tony and Richard for more than excellent service!
