Jul 18,2024I emailed Fettle weeks ago requesting psychiatric help. Though I put a lot of thought into the email, they never even bothered to email me back. Really disgusting way to treat someone with mental health issues and very unprofessional.

I am beyond happy that I have the support of Marie who is excellent and definitely the correct therapist for me. Accessibility is important as I am unable to travel to obtain vital therapy and I have found this seamless and I am very grateful to have this service.

Dec 28,2023I have emailed multiple times about less than satisfactory service while using fettle plus & received no response. They’ve now set up a direct debit to obtain funds for a faulty product. I will be raising this issue the Ccpc and other relevant bodies. Absolutely disgraceful. Edit: After posting on their social media I was finally granted a response for the first time. I sent screenshots of my unanswered emails. While I received an apology there was no real acknowledgment of the issues I was having with using fettle plus. The advertised features such as being able to see scheduled appointments and view the act webinar were non functional for me & were not resolved. There is no cancellation button under your fettle plus profile the only way to cancel is from an email you may not even receive! Be wary when using fettle plus services as there customer service is not well monitored.

Jun 13,2023Have just finished my final session with Denis and all I can say is that he is a credit to his profession and to Fettle. I was a huge sceptic to counselling and didn't believe that people needed it. I couldn't have been more wrong! When I came across Fettle I was immediately intrigued by the idea of online counselling and after Watching Denis' video decided to book a session with him. At the end of that first hour, Denis had pinpointed accurately what was going on in my mind and, after a couple of weeks, helped turn my life around. I am happier, not stressed and have shifted my mindset with the aid of a great counsellor. Thank you!

Nov 22,2022We had the unfortunate experience of a session with therapist Margaret Weymes. A cold, judgemental, dismissive lady and extremely unprofessional. These are all things a therapist should not be. When couples are reaching out for support this is not a service I can recommend. We were both impacted negatively by this experience. Better therapists elsewhere.

Jul 24,2024We had a couples therapy session with Isobel and it was a really positive experience for both of us. We felt heard and she gave us some really good suggestions and recommendations around communication. Would 100% recommend Isobel. We booked on Monday and had our session online Wednesday. We feel it has really helped us and our relationship already and we are feeling very positive about the future.
