They were also less expensive than several other services that gave me quotes by several hundred dollars. I definitely recommend Fields.

Apr 04,2018After committing to my data recovery, this firm was slow and almost non existent with further information as to when and how long it would take to receive the data back in my office. They did a fine job of recovery and I am grateful and thankful for that. Better communication on their part would have made this transaction a five star experience not just three. Would I use them again, not sure the answer is yes but maybe?

Apr 04,2018I contacted fields because I had used a hard drive for too many years and it failed. The drive was not backed up properly (me). I really needed the data. I called and someone answered and gave me the info and sent a free shipping label. I sent the drive in that day. Got a call the next day. They quoted me price and then I paid them and they sent me a thumb drive with all my data on it. It was a full recovery. Very happy with service. Was timely and I really needed the data - probably 20 years of stuff on it. Will do a better job of backing up in the future but was glad to have Fields there to clean up my mess. Highly recommend these guys.

Apr 04,2018Fields Data Recovery performed just like they promised. My client had a hard disk drive die on them and they really didn't have a current backup, so the only option was a service like Fields offer. My initial contact was filling out the form on their website. and almost immediately after hitting the 'submit' button, my phone was ringing. They explained exactly what they would do and said they would pay for shipping the dead HDD to them, that they would test the drive and let me know what information they could recover and let me decide what to do at that point. I agreed to their terms (after consulting my client) and shipped the drive off that afternoon. Two days later, I get a call from them explaining what they had to do to get what info they could recover (which happened to be everything we needed) and let me know the final cost, if I chose to do it. I contacted my client and they agreed that that costs were within reason and I told them to proceed. Two days later I have a flash drive that has all the information on it. By this time I have a new HDD installed, the OS and all the programs, all I needed to do was plug the flash drive into the computer and transfer the data onto the new drive. Would I use Fields again? Absolutely, if that was the only alternative for recovering my data. They performed exactly the service they said they would, within the price range they estimated and did it very quickly.

However, Fields Data Recovery service was able to recover everything and provide the files back to us in an easy to use external drive. The staff were very helpful during the entire process from our initial conversation to delivery of our recovered files. I highly recommend their service.

Apr 03,2018Everything was great, got all my data back, it did take more time than expected but then again it was near thanksgiving. Great experience, customer service was good, sometimes hard to get in touch with them, but if you keep trying you will get ahold of them.
