Apr 03,2018Great initial experience from the sales rep, however I wish that they would have been a little more up front with what the end costs could have been when I asked for an estimate on what I would expect from the data recovery. I got all of my files though, so very happy, even if it cost an arm and a leg. It's the price I paid for my own stupidity though so I can't fault the company. Just a little better communication about expectations would have been appreciated.

Apr 02,2018I almost lost a lot a few hundred gigabytes of irreplaceable project files when my hard drive died, for which I had only partial backups. After my initial freak out, I sent my hard drive off to Fields Data Recovery, and within a few days I got all my files back on a new portable hard drive. Their service and communication was excellent, very professional. Well worth the money spent.

Feb 17,2018This company is a rip off. They trick the consumer with low prices quotes. When I complained and wanted my product sent back, the agent, threatened that I wouldn't see my product for two weeks. And they tried to bill me for returning my HD's. If they have tampered with my HD's they will see me in court after I file a complaint with the Attorney General. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. PS. I asked to have my HD's returned. In the process of extracting the data they destroyed my HD's. The price quote was outlandish and they first told me it was just a quote, $200 each, but they ruined my property, then sent it back to me. Their attitude was arrogant, as if no one else was as cheap, and they had a corner on the market. DO NOT EVEN GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!
