Oct 22,2020I put the wrong card down for a payment and I had the most helpful woman make me feel like it’s ok and nothing to worry about and we will have this all sorted. I did the payment on the phone including late fee (which is fine because I was the one who put the account details incorrectly) I’m grateful for people who generally want to help others and make them feel comfortable. Thank you again :)

She was prompt, had a great phone Mather and followed things through right until settlement. She had a pretty tricky task & she executed it swiftly and with complete ease. Their reduced payments also don't suddenly sneak up on you they are due as they have great options in place for repaying the missed amounts. 5/5 would deffinitely recommend choosing Finance Once.

Although it was the middle of the day and she may have been delayed from her lunch break but she sounded as though she was just starting off her day. Very courteous and efficient and Im very happy with her fast action she took to update my address as well as sending the document that I requested almost immediately. Thank you Renee.
