I threw her so many different hypotheticals and she answered them all with poise and professionalism. And it was late afternoon on a Friday! Amazing job! Aug 18,2020Finance One where very helpful , as other lenders had denied my application ,finance one got my loan across the line . The staff there where pleasant to deal with making the process less stressful . The interest rate is a little higher then I would of liked , but you have to take the good with the bad as my credit history wasn't perfect. overall very happy and thanks to Finance one , where off on a family holiday in our Brand new Caravan

Aug 05,2020Finance 1 served its purpose for me when I came out of bankruptcy. 1 year later I asked for a better rate after I was ridiculed for asking a cheaper interest rate and told to send a letter explaining why I think I deserve a better rate. This totally was very insulting and I just just found that experience very insulting. Some of the people I spoke to on the phone were nice but others very negative. It sounded like some didn't even want to be there as they didn't seem to care about their job as the way they spoke and others purely didn't want to assist in a my way. Having to send emails to different emails seemed a problem too. Overall I just felt my experience could have been better but as I mentioned it did serve its purpose.
