Their approach of partnering with attorneys and guaranteeing a savings is like nothing else on the open market. It may be a little more expensive than some other debt settelment options but I am saving a ton on what I was spending before and I am comforted knowing I will not need to deal with any collections or summons throughout this process. Dec 27,2018I signed my contract and have had issues with my address matching the bank - a glitch that could easily be corrected, however my Finance Solutions point of contact, Brandt Zimmerman, has not called or emailed me back - haven't heard from him since December 13th, and I have left MULTIPLE messages and sent MULTIPLE emails. I am truly starting to regret my decision and currently have no recourse with my creditors since my first payment has yet to be taken. I am feeling abandoned in this whole process and have even resorted to trying to contact the 855-331-4852 number, but cannot reach the call center nor leave a general message. I have even gone through the digital phone book and spoken with a rep who was going to relay my information to Brandt, but nothing happened there, and even left a voicemail today after typing in the first four letters of a random first name.

Dec 20,2018Michael Stanton did an awesome job! I was somewhat skeptical at first, however, he was able to answer any and all of our questions to make us feel comfortable with the entire process. He was able to incorporate our budget to ensure our finances would be in order and relieve the debt burden we had. He did everything in a timely manner, and was always available to talk over the phone. Not only did he explain the pros of the program, he made sure to explain the cons as well. This made the process more personable as opposed to someone who would just try and talk us into something. I could not ask for a better representative to help us in our time of need. Nov 27,2018This company is very disorganized and they email, call and leave relentless voicemails and are very aggressive in their ways of trying to contact you. In the middle of the process, I was met with their notary, who had all papers printed and ready for me to just blindly sign everything without really explaining anything and whenever i had a question, he asked me to call my rep... I was able to cancel my contract in time but then i proceeded to get follow up calls and emails. I got so tired of it. Please don't work with this company, they are just a headache. oh and also, i couldnt find either of my reps on linkedin, super shady business.
