I explained how ashamed I felt. My husband became ill about 8 years ago and could not work any longer. I became the only breadwinner in the family and my only options was to use many credit cards to make ends meet each month. May 31,2018Classic bait and switch. I got a "pre approved" for money to reduce my debt. It was under name Tweed lending which I had never heard of and nothing found online. The offer said it was a low interest debt consolidation loan but after speaking to them I found out it is really a credit card modification scam. You basically pay Finance Solutions to pay your debt. They get the balances down and they pay or supposed to pay the cc companies. The also said they don't pull a credit report but they do. They also asked me what I would do with the money I save..ummmm nunya. Run fast away from them....basically everything they said and sent to me was a lie.

May 17,2018I signed up with Finance Solutions a little over a month ago and I feel like I can breath again! I was paying over $1,000 a month and going nowhere and my consultant Rodolfo Sanchez helped cut my payment literally in half it would have taken me forever to pay these off but now I know it will just be a few years. I was a little afraid at first but he's been great, helping me understand the ins and outs of the process and is very responsive. Many other companies had rejected me for consolidation options but fortunately I got in contact with Finance Solutions, and my rep Daniel Rauscher who did a wonderful job explaining to me my options to get debt free. May 12,2018Stay far away from this company. They sent me to a company called Bedrock Legal Group. They’ll take your money and do absolutely nothing. It all sounded good at first, but then the summons started to appear which was deliver d by the Sheriff. My credit is destroyed. All the fees that they’re taking out is illegal. Do yourself a favor and talk to the creditors and work out a payment plan. I’m so backwards now than I was before. I’m currently in the process of filing Chapter 13, therefore I don’t have a judgment placed against me. Google the Attorney’s name on the bottoms of the website, and you’ll see many companies similiar to this with bad reviews and taking people’s money and destroying their lives. When you signed your contract it states that you can’t file a class action lawsuit. RAM who holds your money lost a suit back in the day due to illegal fees being taken away. They’ll do everything to stall, so you keep paying them. Do yourself a favor and search a credit counseling service that disperses your $ monthly. This reserve holding tank does not work. It’s just a matter of time before the FTA shuts this company down and the other ones associated with it. Please note that I made every payment on time.
