So I took the plunge and ordered my Seiko dive watch with them in October. It arrived in a shot and was very well packaged. Dec 30,2024This is my first time buying from FCW and not from my normal AD, did a lot of research before pulling the trigger, and honestly, the transaction was so smooth, it was unreal. I ordered and wanted a specific delivery and not next day aa I know I will not be in, it arrived on the day I wanted. My AD normally charges £10 for this service so kudos to FCW. The watch, a Seiko SLA came fully stickered and well wrapped. I was also updated by email on the order from start to finish, including ETA of delivery time on the day. Impressive CS and I will definitely buy from FCW again.
