They had me send back the watch at their expense, verified that it was a manufacturing defect, and sent me a replacement. Their aftersales support was as good as it gets, and will definitely consider them for my next purchase.

Package gave no indication of what the contents were, unlike some companies. I left it fairly last minute ordering it in time for Christmas, but it arrived in time. I was not able to see all these watches in a shop in Birmingham. I spent ample time then and took some photos. The assistant was very helpful then. A few weeks later, I decided to purchase the watch that I was interested in. I phoned the shop and one was reserved. The purchasing and delivery processes were fairly quick and easy. I do recommend this shop.
