Dec 12,2024Excellent prompt service. Clear communication and expectations. Watch is lovely, sadly the abstract design really doesn’t work with my ageing eyesight I need reading glasses. Even with the reading glasses I have almost no clue what the time is…so to sum up, I recommend the company but would not recommend the watch unless you are much younger with great eyesight!

Dec 11,2024Wow! What an exceptional level of service! I ordered bit of an “infamous” watch (Polar) which within 11 months had issues. After getting zero technical support as promised by the manufacturer I sought assistance from First Class Watches. Rowland was prompt in responding with a solution and quickly addressed my issue to manage the returns process. He was very clear on consumer rights and the process with the manufacturer and arranged for collection. He really went above and beyond to help. I would recommend this company and will certainly buy from them again.

Dec 11,2024If you want your purchase on time don't buy from this seller. They did not even send me a confirmation email after the payment was processed with the order number whether the order was placed or not. When I contacted them next day they said I will only receive the email the day before item is dispatched. First they will give you cheapest price so you get trapped into buying it and then few days later they will send email saying the product they had on website is not in sellable condition and will have to wait for few weeks for item to be delivered from the supplier. You have to go through inconvenience of getting refund. Avoid the seller at any cost. The seller did not even have courtesy to pick up the phone and call me that the item is not available if I wanted it on particular date. Not a happy customer.
