I received a number of updates from FCW regarding order progress, which was useful as the item was despatched from abroad and the couriers tracking was useless. Delivered earlier than the date first advised. Only negative, which I don't blame FCW for, is the courier package tracking was pants. It showed a map of the item's location which never updated, and the location updates were lagging behind the actual location. According to the tracking it had not moved from it's original source location, and was simultaneously in a depot elsewhere at the same time as it arrived at my front door!

Really 'old school' customer service where you feel they care and don't just pay lip service to it. Can't rate this company high enough from my experience with them.
