I had a couple of queries prior to ordering the Mondaine Watch. which were answered for me. I ordered the watch, which was for a special birthday for my friend's train mad son and it arrived the next day. The recipient was over the moon with his present. The company certainly has the right name, as the service I received was indeed First Class and I have no hesitation in recommending them for their excellent service.

Perfect service! I have been very keen to buy a Damasko watch for the last ten years, ever since I read about them in an article, which was very complimentary. I’d already heard good things about First Class watches when I found out that they had become recent Authorised Dealers (AD) for this excellent manufacturer. Advertised at a good price, they were also keen to match other stores for price. They had the full range of the DS30 model which is a superb timepiece. I was quoted 30 days for delivery, which may seem a fair time, but these watches are in demand and being new dealers they had none in stock, apparently. However, 6 days after putting my order the watch was delivered in perfect condition at a very competitive price. I couldn’t be more chuffed! Two weeks later, I’m in love with this watch, it’s all and more than I could have ever have wanted, beautifully made and finished, 200m water resistant, a super slim scratch resistant case, with a good movement, minimal aesthetic, lovely sapphire crystal with amazing AR coating on both sides and very comfortable, high quality strap. An ideal, go anywhere, do anything (GADA) watch. If you’re in the market for this watch, I can highly recommend it.

Availability of product (wasn't available on the high street as a recent new issue) , great price, quick delivery, arrived exactly on time (important as it was a birthday present !) Did have a minor issue with shopping cart when purchasing, at my end, and FCW customer support were easy to get hold and answer questions.
