Had my car serviced and mot done just before my holiday. Was happy with the staff and prices. Overall car drives perfectly with no bumpy hiccups. For anyone looking for a decent garage try these guys out. Only snag was the coffee served was too strong for my liking

Had my timing belt and service done earlier this week. I moved to Cornwall now, but when I come home to visit family every year I still take my car to these guys. I wouldn't use anyone else. Thanks again. see you next year.

My Ford Fiesta was in on the 18th of August for a Gold service and MOT (the MOT was free with the Gold service as part of a special offers promotion) The car feels great after the service and drives well so I am happy with that part of the work. The car failed the MOT on seven separate points with a further two advisories. The work to get the car through the MOT was quoted at around £250 with the advisories being another £325 or so. I decide to decline the quotes, paid for the service and took the car away as I still had three weeks to run on my old MOT. I cleared five of the failure items myself, this amounted to fitting new windscreen wipers (£12), two indicator bulbs (£6) and realigning a headlight which was explained on the Ford website. The remaining two items were excessive emissions and an anti-roll bar link being distorted. I booked the car in at another garage for another MOT as I believe a second opinion is sometimes the best course of action before spending hard earned cash. I gave the car a good motorway run before dropping it in for the MOT in an effort to clean up the emissions sufficiently. The car passed its MOT this morning with a completely clean bill of health and no advisories. The customer service staff at five star are very polite and helpful and I have no doubt they know what they are doing in the garage, I would just say that a second opinion never hurts and can sometimes save you money.

Excellent service. Couldn't have been easier. Booked on like for an mot the following day. Great service from reception staff. Notified of mot result promptly. Curtesy car wash, Hoover and car freshener. Would definitely recommend. They also provide a free mot reminder for next year.

Had never used this garage before but would definitely use it again. We needed a specialist garage for our Mazda 3 which developed a major engine fault. Five Star recovered the vehicle, diagnosed and rectified the problem with efficiency and professionalism. The staff were excellent and the attention to detail and knowledge of Asif (the technician) was second to none.

I've used this garage for about 3 years now, I've never felt that they have charged me incorrectly, nor ever have they baffled me with technical jargon. I would be happy to recommend anyone to test them out

Front spring and shock went at 3.00pm, parking up at Manchester Airport 3.30am next morning...oh dear... rang them up and explained the situation, they were able get the parts for the car and had it ready by 5.30 absolutely super.

Had my Audi A5 serviced and MOT + some additional work. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this trustworthy company for their open and honest approach on every aspect of their work and service. Their Prices and Quotes are fair and the work carried out is explained in detail. Jo on customer services is great, she's both friendly and knowledgeable. Its nice to talk to a company that doesn't want to rip you off and really does value your business and look after your car whilst its in for work. Would TRUST this company IMPLICITLY.

I've twice had the pleasure of having my Zafira Tourer down to fivestar. On the first occasion the manager was knowledgeable and was happy to discuss servicing options with me. The prices were clear and very easy to understand. The reception staff were brilliant in keeping me upto date, even sending a video showing the issues with the car so I could decide how to proceed by either approving or declining further work. On the second occasion I was offered a free wheel alignment inspection on their state of the art 2016 3D four wheel alignment machine which showed up an issue with one of the tyres. The discrepancy was explained to me and quickly put right. I will be using fivestar garage again and would highly recommend if you want a timely, honest and professional service.

Five Star Autocentre care about the structure and safety of the car and driver more than how much money they could make. I felt no pressure to have any extra work done on the car that wasn't required to pass the MOT. I had a gold service and I can feel the difference in driving the car. I'm very happy with the work they did and I'll be going back to Five Star for my next service.

We have used Five star on a number of occasions over the last 3 or 4 years for our 3 vehicles since first becoming aware of them through advertising. We now feel that we can trust them to look after our vehicles and we are always pleased with their very friendly and helpful service. They keep us informed of progress and advise us of any works required and we do feel that we are able to trust them not to try to advise unnecessary work. Also the cars always come back cleaned inside and out which is a real bonus!

Used Fivestar Autocentre twice this year, once for an emergency repair and again for yearly service and MOT. On both occasions prompt service with minimal effort in booking the work and I received excellent standard of work with clear information on repairs and cost. Definately recommend professional service.
