Jun 12,2015Professional and courteous front staff. Car taken in straight away and front and rear discs and pads fitted in good time while I waited. Other areas of work identified and communicated with explanation,quotation and time needed to complete. Would recommend and will attend again.

May 23,2015Had a service done and needed back for lunch time. They did everything they could to fit me in at such short notice and did a brilliant clean on the car. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. Brilliant service. Will deffinately use again.

May 17,2015Five star auto centre certainly does that right. right from the informative customer service to the outstanding valeting I would award 5 stars to every department.This is a garage that as pride in the job it does for its customers so seldom found today. Clean and tidy premises and smart highly qualified staff Only work that is needed no unnecessary work added to put up your bill I couldn't find any fault in their performance. It certainly was a worthy winner of the business of the year competition .This was my first visit with my Chrysler PT Cruiser but it definitely won't be my last. I was very impressed. A garage in a class of its own definitely in the premier league Yours Roy Wardle.

May 01,2015It was a shock to find out my tyres had worn on the inside as they were only 17 months old. I asked that I could see them and was shocked at how bad they were. These have been replaced and my stering wheel no longer shakes at 70 mph, I have been asked to keep an eye on them for the next couple of weeks and bring back if the pressure changes, after a week all OK so far.

Apr 16,2015This a company which prides itself on its Customer Service. Based on the Reviews here and a recommendation from a friend, I took my car for an MoT last week. It had run out of MoT over the Easter weekend, so I was hoping for a quick resolution to any issues. The car failed onrear spring fracture, but was repaired in 2 hours. Another fault which developed during the tests was repaired, too! This is a company which has set itself an incredibly high bar and yet would appear to be able to reach that pretty much all of the time. I particularly liked the way the engineer too time to explain what the problem had been - most reassuring! My car will certainly be back for its service in September.

Apr 12,2015After many years of taking a series of Volvo's to the main dealers, I decided to 'bite the bullet' and try 'Five Star Autocentre'. I was surprised and pleased that the service was done with the same attention to detail as Volvo (in fact it appeared with more attention compared to some of my previous experiences). Cost was 50% less than I spend ordinarily; another pleasant surprise. Time to service and valet 2 hours less than Volvo. Car valeted inside and thoroughly washed externally; looked new! Car running smoothly. Why spend time and money going to the main dealer when this garage does an extremely thorough job with competent and well qualified mechanics? All staff encountered were all welcoming, polite, honest and well informed. A rare gem.

Apr 11,2015Can honestly say Five Star Autocentre have provided an excellent service from start until finish. Was quick and easy to book my MOT online with a date and time suitable for me. They also sent 2 reminder texts the day before, both at different times which was good as the 2nd reminder reminded me to pick up my last MOT certificate (although it wasn't needed). I got to the garage and dropped my car off, there was a mechanic at the reception desk and he saw to me quickly and promptly. Within the hour I received a phone call from the lady on reception to say that my car needed some things doing to it in order to pass which she explained very well and also gave me the option to have my advisories done that day or just give me a quote for the job. I was able to use a voucher for £20 off which I had received through the post, which was very handy to have! On collecting the car the staff were again very helpful and also cheerful and friendly which is always nice! My car had also been valeted inside and out which was a very nice gesture. I would most definitely recommend them.
