Without asking they cleaned my car inside and washed the outside of the car for free. Great service , great people and I will be going back there next year when my m.o.t is due again. Jan 03,2015I booked my car in online at the same day as the MOT was needed, which was simple an easy using the web site. When I turned up three hours after making the booking I was greeted by a friendly service advisor who gave me all the information I needed regarding the process. I was then called 60 minutes later with news that the car had passed the test, and was informed of a couple of minor advisory items, but there was no pressure to get them sorted then as they were not fail items. I have checked the advisory items myself and they are indeed as described and so not just an attempt to manufacture business as some larger chains of service centres have done in the past. Overall a good value, highly professional service that I would certainly use again.

Dec 20,2014Shortly after taking my car to the 5 Star Auto Centre, I received a telephone call from them, explaining what repairs the car needed , how long it would take and how much it wouls cost. After giving the go-ahead for the work to be done, I was able to collect my car that same afternoon thanks to a text message from 5 Star saying the work was completed and the car had been washed and valeted.

Dec 13,2014Excellent communications from the garage about what type of service I needed and the work carried out. The garage even brought my quote down once they had cross-referenced what work I had done on a previous service, which I found to be refreshingly honest because they could have kept this information to themselves and I would have been none-the-wiser. The garage sent me a text when the service was finished and again advised me on what they had done and what needed doing. I can only go on my experience but it was an excellent service all-round and saved me a small fortune against what I was quoted by the dealership.

The booking process was a doddle on their easy to follow and intuitive website, and I swiftly received a call back regarding a query I attached to my booking request. This was the cheapest and most painless MOT I've ever received and would gladly recommend them to friends.

Nov 11,2014I've been using this garage for over 3 years now and I have experienced nothing but amazing service and value for money. From booking in online for an MOT which means my last minute panics can be sorted out of hours, through to desperate calls for a tow when my car decides to bunny hop down the road. They call to confirm work, text when the cars ready and give me full details on work completed when I pick it up. Just like a good hairdressers, you never give up a good one, I'll be using Five Star for many years to come!!

Jan 14,2015Excellent, friendly service. The MOT was carried out at the appointed time and lasted just under an hour. The car passed and no additional work was advised. The waiting room/reception is warm and comfortable, free wifi is available and I was offerred coffee.
