Everyone is friendly and professional and I was treated with respect, honesty and like a person, rather than some idiot source of extra income you find at other places. I can't fault Five Star. It is as its name suggests!

Apr 22,2014I have used this garage several times now and they are really good. They have always fixed my car very quickly and it is usually ready to pick up on the same day. They always call to confirm how much the work will be once they have looked at the car and know what needs to be done and won't go ahead with the work unless you say you are happy for them to do it so there are no nasty suprises when you go to pay. The service they provide is excellent and they even wash the car for me when they are finished working on it. I have never had a problem with the quality of work they carry out and since fixing I have never had the same problem again. They also let me know of potential problems that may come up without making me feel pressured to correct them straight away (i.e. they told me that my exhaust was getting a little noisy and sure enough less than a year later it needed replaced)

Apr 22,2014I took the car down, booked it in & within an hour I got a phone call to say the car was done. Between me booking the car in I received a text to remind me of the booking (which was good as I hadn't put it on the calendar - oops!). They ring you to let you know if there is anything to do on the car so that you know how much it's going to cost before you go & pick it up. Good, local & friendly service.

Apr 17,2014I have used Five Star for the last couple of years and I am always impressed with the attention to detail, the fact that you get a thorough explanation of the work carried out, what to look out for next and best of all, the car comes back cleaner than it arrived! Knowledgeable, cheery, helpful staff who are eager to please. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Mar 23,2014I so wish I knew about this garage before. I had my car repaired elsewhere (supposedly), and it was never quite right. This Autocentre was absolutely brilliant, sorted all the little problems out and were also professional. They telephoned me with the full costing before carrying out the work. Mar 09,2014This company were clear and open from the initial booking through to after service. The work was performed on time and as far as I know (not being much of a petrol head) to a good standard. When I randy them to report that something was not right after the initial work they rebooked the car the same day and remedied the fault te same day with courtesy and no charge. Would happily recommend this garage.

Mar 08,2014Mot was cheaper than most places! They rang me to say it had been completed ! Very quick and efficient and they even cleaned my car inside and out (which was filthy). VERY impressed with the customer service aswell....will definitely be using this garage again!!!!!!

Feb 20,2014I had taken my vehicle for a MOT, Five Star failed it on suspension arm bush and advised other side, gave a quote excess of £600 I then took the car to get the bushes fitted from another garage when they checked they advised nothing wrong with them, i then took my car to another MOT station and they passed my vehicle straight away with no work required only 2 bulbs needed replacing, will never return to Five Star Autocentre.

Feb 17,2014If the car needs more doing than a routine service you're kept in touch over what needs to be done. The bill is properly itemised with no mysterious costs and you get an explanation about the work carried out. The car's returned valeted as well .
