Nov 03,2020I recently took my 4 year old Mercedes in for faulty Fuel gauge problem that turned out to be a very complex issue . The team were extremely helpful and courteous throughout the process. Mohammed went above and beyond expectations to solve my issue , which he did. I have nothing but praise for the way this business worked to solve my issue and would highly recommend them .

Sep 03,2020Used this garage for first time. Booked in my v.w golf in for repairs. I had only purchased the car 5 months ago. Selling dealer had provided me a spare key but didn’t not program to the vehicle. Five star had managed to program the key for me which saved me a lot of money thank going to the main dealer. Jul 28,2020Very expensive and was charged for work that did not need doing ( brake fluid and wheel alignment ) they missed out topping up the coolant ! and also a knocking noise from rear suspension should have been picked up on "road test " was missed !

Jul 25,2020Top marks for being highly professional and providing outstanding service from start to finish. Booked online and when I arrived next morning all paperwork was ready to hand. Had a quick chat about the job which was a full service and a mot. A fixed price quote was given and I was told exactly what would be done. I left the car and went up to Greenhead Park for the morning. I was told of so some advisories on the tyres and was told they were not essential at this moment in time and that I should keep a check on them in about 6 months. From my own experience I would absolutely recommend them to all.

Jul 09,2020Don't really deserve the 1 Star. Total RIP off. £80 for tracking when you can get it done for £20 -£25 somewhere . They don't tell you how much then just charge what they feel. It was the 1st time I'd used them - never again.

Mar 26,2020Used this company for the first time and I found them very approachable. My car went in for an MOT and needed some work doing. I was given a full break down of work and the price. My car was booked in again for the work carrying out which was done to a high spec. I had a slight issue with the car phoned them up and they told me to bring it straight down. I took it the following day as arranged and they had a mechanic on it straight away. I was reassure the car was ok it just needed time to bed in again. Will be back and will spread the word how good they are. Well done guys.

Jan 19,2021Hi, I give you a Five Star rating for the assistance and support you have given our daughter, Mrs. Handy. She is the sole driver of her car and has to deal with any problems that occur with it. You have on numerous occasions provided excellent service and support to her and have been reasonable in the amount you charge for your expertise. My husband and I live in the West Midlands and I am terminally ill, so we are unable to help her as we used to. It is gratifying to know that there are some good people who provide an excellent service at a reasonable price to help their customers, as you did again last Saturday the 16th January.
