Apr 08,2019I have been using Five Star Autos for past 5 years original visit was threw the RAC. Ever sine I have stuck with them. They provide me a outstanding service on my pride and joy Lexus ls400. They not only provide a good service but every time offer me a Loan car also whilst mine is for a repair. I would not look at going else wear. Thank you for the outstanding service

Apr 06,2019Best garrage in town. Looked after my pride and joy BMW 420D. There like a main dealer but with out the main dealer price tag. There level of service is outstanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends. As my vehicle is still in warranty I wont be going back to the main dealer but will actually get my car service by a independent Five Star Auto Centre. Far better personal touch. Thank you for your service. Pass my regards on to the valeter for giving it a wash and vac.

Apr 04,2019Five Star took my car, looked after it for two days whilst they got the tyres and replaced them and did a wheel alignment, gave me a loan car, valeted it before giving me back (and did a really good job too). Also, they even recommended an alternative provider of the tyres who would be cheaper than them (even though it was not in their interest to do so.)

Mar 28,2019Been going to Five Star Autocentre for 5 years now and their service is th. best! My partner also visits here and my parents. We can’t redommend enough. The reception staff are so friendly and the director even takes the time to explain everything to you and have a chat about your car. I had to pop in today for a wiper to be put on my car and said they’d be half an hour. I was able to wait around with my 10 month old baby and made to feel welcome. Thank you for always providing a good service :-)

Mar 21,2019Booked in my Mercedes GLA as I had a issue with the gear box. I came across Five Star threw recommendations. I was impressed by the level of service I had received. Not only did they look after me but provided me with a loan vehicle whilst mine was in for repair. Price was very good better than the main dealer as I have always taken my vehicle there this was a first time experience at Fuve star and woth while. Thank you very much I will be returning back for my MOT and Service in couple of months.

Mar 12,2019Well impressed with the onset of initial phone call. Booked in my Audi Q5 in for a service and MoT as a repeat customer I was offered discounted vouchers for my return. My vehicle had a RAC MOT protection plan which I had totally forgot about last year which was offered to me FREE of charge by FIve Star as I had it serviced. My vehicle had failed it’s MOT on some minor issues. Best thing was I did not have to pay for any MOT repairs as it was covered under warranty which had been taken out. Absolutely fantastic this was my second visit back to garrage. I intend to keep returning every year. The knowledge and expertise these guys have is fantastic. I would highly recommend anybody to use Five Star you would not be disappointed ohnest and transparent. Thank you
