Jan 13,2021We have rented from Five Star for the past 5 years and have always been pleased by the properties. However, not so this year with a property called Millenia. This house is in desperate need of renovation. The furniture is in poor condition, with nicks, stains, and even glass missing from the living room console. Lampshades were shabby and stuck together with tape. Light bulbs were missing or not working in many rooms. The deck and dip pool have cracking plaster and missing tiles. The entire west wall of the house on the main level does not have working electricity and we were told that it had to be turned off because if the west outlets were used, it would trip the electricity to other parts of the house! In addition, there was trash scattered in the dunes off the back deck, including someone's underwear! In addition, the deck chairs on the back and rooftop decks are extremely uncomfortable. The chaises were soaking wet, ripped, and not usable. There was no propane for the grill and although this was remedied by making a call, Five Star should really check these things before each new party arrives. This is NOT what we have come to expect from Five Star and we really recommend that the management have a talk with the property owner to remedy these defaults.

Jan 13,2021Everything was just as stated, only better. My only suggestion for this property might be a few rugs for the hardwood floors. Other than that, it was clean, beautiful and well-stocked.

Jan 07,2021Our stay at Just Beachy was amazing. We enjoyed the private beach and the luxury heated pool. The addition of the elevator allowed my grandmother to navigate the different levels and participate with the rest of the family. We also were pleased with the kitchen once we learned where the outlets were, and earned the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare holiday meals. We experienced a handful of issues that negatively affected our experience. Though it took a few days to correct the dryer issue, pool lights, and leaking toilet they were resolved during our stay. We ran into intermittent issues with the WiFi connection on the 1st floor, and though a mesh system was installed, we still experience slow connections on the 1st floor. Also, we noticed there were no drying racks in any of the bathrooms. Due to the lack of places to dry towels, we felt we had to wash/dry them more often. These handful of issues did not prevent us from enjoying ourselves outside the properties. The location was ideal. Dollar General was within walking distance if we needed supplies. The mall is across the street, and there are plenty of food choices to satisfy any craving. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and planned to return in December 2021. Also, we ran out of propane while barbecuing. I appreciate offering to reimburse us if we replaced the tank.

Jan 05,2021We spent the week after Christmas in this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for my wife and myself, our three daughters, their husbands, and our 9 grandchildren. The elevator was incredibly convenient since the main kitchen and living area is on the third floor. The pool heat was essential since the weather was not as warm as we had hoped. The pool temp got to 89 even when the outdoor temp was 60. The kids loved it. Two dishwashers and plenty of cold storage made cooking and cleanup a breeze. The only downside is we had to stop and get out of the car to close the garage door when leaving, and to open it upon return. A garage door opener should be provided.

Jan 05,2021The property itself was very nicely decorated and sufficient. however inconveniences that were not resolved while we were there such as jacuzzi Jets not working workers on the balcony for an entire day doing routine repairs of the area which could have been done on another day while we were not there and bathroom lid to the commode was broken.

Jan 05,2021Overall we had a nice time at Seaside Escape in Miramar Beach, FL. I will say there were some things that needed addressed while we were there, such as the furnace not working, the pool not being heated as we planned and paid for, and the grill was in very poor shape. (the entire bottom had fallen out). We also found that the living room TV was very glitchy and would get really fuzzy and sometimes go black for a few seconds. I will say, I was happy with the response time of the staff from Five Star Properties, as they did take care of majority of our issues in a timely manner. We would definitely stay there again.

It was the perfect vacation spot, amazing views of the gulf, beautifully decorated and offered everything we could have asked for. The Fivestar rental agency was supportive, attentive and continually made sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend their home for your next vacation.

Jan 05,2021The house was in a close to perfect location and was the perfect size to accommodate our family. My family spent the week at this house with my siblings, their families, and our parents. Unfortunately, my husband and I got stuck in the room with a non-functioning shower. We contacted Five Star immediately and they promised to send someone out to the house to address the issue. Days went by with no response when I received a text mid-week indicating that they would send someone out the next day; the shower was never repaired during our trip. It was a bit annoying to have to schlep our clothes and bath items to others' rooms each morning to allow us to shower. Some of the furniture was dated/rough shape, the blender didn't work, and it would be nice if they had basic beach supplies such as beach chairs available for use for when the rental companies are closed. Otherwise, the house was fine.

Jan 05,2021the property has a very good location, is comfortable, and of a good size. They should improve cleanliness. the bathrooms and the floor were dirty. Some kitchen appliances do not work. Blender, microwave, coffee maker has no filter. The bed located in the 1st room was completely disassembled at the base.

Jan 05,2021My family and I were delighted with our beach rental. The gulf front location simply cannot be beat. The view of the beach is amazing! I loved listening to the waves from the large balcony. I also loved the open living/dining/kitchen area. All the bedrooms were a great size but the master bedroom was immense! The rental was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I did not like was that the tabletops were dusty upon arrival and I found two dead mosquitoes in the master closet window; small things that did not ruin our stay, but should be looked into.

Jan 05,2021We stayed at this property for Christmas and New Year. A few pros and cons for anyone considering this property: Pros: Very nice and spacious. Doesn't feel used and abused. The roof top area was awesome. Beds and linens were very comfortable. More than generous supply of nice towels and wash cloths were provided. Easy access to beach. The heated pool/hot tub was very nice. Cons: Pool/hot tub is in the shade all day. No lounge chairs around pool. The 3 downstairs bedrooms are very loud for anyone who goes to sleep early (footsteps on main level.) Lots of cool things in the house but no instructions as to how to use (steam shower in master, sound system throughout house.) The kitchen was sparsely equipped with food preparation items and cookware. The fridge in the kitchen was normal size and there was no other freezer. While the numerous wine fridges were very cool we are used to having at least 2 full size fridge/freezers for our crowd of 13. A fuse for half the main level kept tripping and we had to go outside to the panel box to reset. All in all, this is a great house and offers a fantastic experience. The main reason we likely won't book it again is due to the pool being in the shade. We like to enjoy as much of the Florida sun on vacation as we can because we don't get it at home. But I do recommend this lovely house.

Jan 05,2021The condo was good, just sat up a little odd; especially the kitchen. The view was magnificent!! The furniture wasn’t very comfortable. All in all it was a good stay & very convenient to everything in Rosemary & seaside. My one complaint is that we got there a couple hours early, went by & no maids were there but couldn’t get in. Went back again & called but they said they would call me if it became available before 4. We sat there and waited to get in about an hour at that point & it was obvious that cleaning had already been done.

Jan 05,2021Great rental property for multi-family vacation! Property was clean. Kitchen was well equipped and large. Several coffee makers and Keurig. Pool was incredible. Hot tub was even better. Close proximity to beach. Room to play spike ball on the pool deck. Lots of family game nights in the kitchen and in the downstairs rec area. Those that went to bed earlier could do so undisturbed. Few minor issues with one of the dishwashers,etc. Happy renter!

Jan 13,2021It was a wonderful place to stay. Our family enjoyed our time there. We wish the fire place would have worked. The repairman came and fixed several things but was unable to fix the fireplace. The staff was very cooperative to work with.
