Dec 08,2020Our stay was wonderful. The house was gorgeous, pool was heated. We had everything we needed. The propane tanks for the grill were empty, I called the company and someone was there within the hour. We would definitely stay here again!

Dec 08,2020The house is good. This was our second time staying here. HOWEVER...We did have 4 of the toilets back up and the whole house and outside around the pool smelled like sewage. This was how is was when we arrived at the house on a Friday. Considering this, we contacted the management company right away who sent out a maintenance guy. He told us it was more that he could do and they would send a plumber. We did not see a plumber until Sunday. So 2 days of our stay we couldn't use 4 toilets and had to smell sewage. Did not even get acknowledgment or apology from the management company. If you do decided to stay here, you better make sure you don't accidentally leave anything at the house. We forgot to empty a drawer in one of the master bedrooms and know exactly which one. Strangely, housekeeping didn't find that drawer full of clothes. So we were out several hundred dollars in clothes because "they didn't find them" which no one can even give you a courtesy call to let you know that they didn't find them. If I were the owner of this house, I would RUN from the company and use one that actually cares about the guests and treats people respectfully.

Dec 08,2020This property is in a great location. Large spacious rooms. Updated. Modern. Easy check in and out. There were no hair dryers so you need to bring your own. The couch in the living room was very small and uncomfortable. The outdoor furniture was falling apart and old. Needs replacement. The master bed mattress also needs to be replaced.

Dec 07,2020We had an excellent experience with Five Star Properties / Beach Bliss Rentals. They called before we departed for our stay and answered all of our questions. All of the information for the property (check in, check out, amenities, etc.) was online and easy to access. They also called before we left to check in on our experience. We will definitely rent with Five Star / Beach Bliss in the future!

Dec 04,2020Easy booking and great customer service. They followed up to answer any questions. Easy and organized check-in and check-out. Very spacious, modern, and clean house. Deck overlooking the ocean was great and it was so nice having bikes, chairs and an umbrella. The kayaks and paddle board with the house made the trip and stay perfect. The keurig was a pleasant surprise. The view from the house and beach is stunning for sunsets. The only feedback suggestion is to get a larger grill. It was hard to cook a timely meal for two families. Everything else was perfect. We have already started looking at when we can return.

Dec 04,2020We were in Aria Del Mare October 29-1 November, the house is in a great location, close to many different things. The house however is a little tired, needs some repairs/updating; trash behind the pool and rear of the house, hole in the parking area, rusted light fixtures on wall next to pool. Five Star Properties is always great to deal with and enjoy doing business with them several times a year.

Dec 02,2020Great property! This was our second time booking the home. I would suggest that manuals be left for appliances.We are big coffee drinkers and could not get the coffee maker to work thus we were out daily buying gourmet coffee that was not to our standard. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Dec 02,2020The property we stayed in was a great house, but the issues with the owner recording us multiple times a day was a major violation of our privacy. The fact that Five Star sent emails and text messages asking how things were going, but never bothered to respond to our concerns was frustrating. I sent emails and made phone calls, but those were not returned. Once I finally got to speak to someone (because I called again), my concerns were basically brushed off and I was given a “we’ll look into it” response. Will not be using this company again for any future rentals. The house was nice, but only if you enjoy being recorded while you are in your bedroom or trying to enjoy time out by the pool with family and friends.

Dec 02,2020I’ve stayed at 3 properties over the course of 1 year . Overall Five Star Properties are really good they very tentative customer needs. The properties are majority clean and well kept. Almost all the amenities you need to have a home away from home. Just sometimes cleaning staff needs to be a little more tentative to the not commonly used spots I have found there is often dust or even bugs accumulated in certain areas that haven’t been cleaned in a while.

Dec 02,2020This is an excellent property with an awesome location, we had a great time overall. The house is well stocked with kitchen stuff plus the ice machine and the second fridge upstairs provided ample space for our Thanksgiving dinner prep. With 16 people there we needed the room. Beds were very nice and the house was clean. The two clothes washer and dryer were an added benefit after the day at the beach. Would definitely stay here again! I would recommend that the property get a second trash can outside we seemed to fill the one up pretty quickly.

Dec 02,2020Had a fabulous week. The size of the home is perfect. Had an issue with a smoke alarm We were all awakened two nights in a row. Only other suggestion... the owners need to add to the fry pans and pots and pans. The ones that were there were crusted with food from previous tenants. Would have liked to come in to a cleaner house.

Dec 02,2020The Jones family had a wonderful stay at Lizard Palms over Thanksgiving holiday! There was plenty of room for 11 family members, and the accommodations were very clean and lovely! The children even enjoyed the pool though the adults felt it was too cool for them to partake. Overall, it was a very enjoyable week, and we liked the proximity to the beach! Thank u Mike for your help in finding this home for us!

Dec 08,2020The location of the property, Son Kissed, is fantastic. It’s a block from the beach, but you don’t have to cross a busy street because it’s in a well-maintained gated community. It’s also right across from the pool which was awesome on chillier nights since it’s open until 10. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable, with the exception of one of the bedrooms which I think just needs a new mattress. The kitchen had plenty of plates, utensils, and appliances and was huge! They provided plenty of towels for everyone and there were beach toys for the little ones (came in handy since we didn’t pack any!) The only con was the three feral cats that seemed to mark the area by the pool. The one definitely had a case of mange. The communication was great and everything went smoothly. We will definitely be visiting again!
