Mar 08,2025Amazing experience with Flatspot. Easy to make an order, and I found the size for an item that has been sold out almost everywhere else. At a slightly lower cost too. DHL messed up my delivery so I called Flatspot. They were quick to reassure me and even reserved another piece of the item they had in stock, in case DHL were unable to recover my parcel. They also kindly refunded my next day delivery fee. Kudos to Leo, the Sales Advisor that helped me so kindly and efficiently. Recommended!

Mar 04,2025I've been shopping with Flatspot for some time now, but most regularly this past 5 months or so. Their range of apparel is unmatched and choosing just a few items a month can be difficult! I see clothing and trainers I don't see on the high street or elsewhere online and they always have a great range of my favourite brands. Any interactions with their customer service team has been brilliant, useful and quick replies. Great work. They deliver speedily and you can track your package: I work nights so I have mine dropped at a local Post Office so I can pick it up at my convenience. I honestly don't shop any where else now. Love Flatspot!
