Sep 13,2024Excellent service Sales person David Wilson Took a car out was fine Said that i would have the car They would service and MOT it David rang me up and said that it had a fault with one of the turbos When the mechanic team took it out for a test run With out any hesitation the turbos were sent away for a rebuild Did the inspection for the, mot and a few parts required Again all parts fitted David always keeped me informed me about the progress I have the seen the price of the in house labour and parts fitted £2500+all i can say is You have been to the rest Now come to the best Can not find a fault whatsoever A big thank you to Fleetwood car centre For going above and beyond for the professional service and a bigger thank you to Mr David Wilson

Both cars have been great, I had a slight issue with my most recent car but they sorted it straight away and gave me a courtesy car to keep me mobile. I’ve always found the communication/customer service on point and I would happily use them again!

Apr 21,2024I went to buy a car agreed with the sales man the one i wanted. Asked to go get car I was trading it in, so drove to blackpool and back to change cars. Then to wait 30 mins for someone to talk to us again just to be told it was sold as we went to get our car that they told us to go.and get. Well i was buying 2 company cars that day, but now will never go back.

Apr 14,2024Paid deposit via Auto Trader but car was sold to another buyer. Said that it was reserved before I did, but even directly on the website, it was still available when I reserved. Although I requested refund for deposit, I now have to wait 10 days for my money to be returned.

Mar 15,2024Booked a test drive at Fleetwood car centre which was good but then saw another car which I liked so Pat went out of his way to move the cars which were in the way and then go and get some petrol so I could test drive it. I ended up buying the car. I couldn't collect the car for a few days but Pat was fine with that and kept in touch. Would buy from them again, thanks Pat.

Excellent service, no pushy sales teams, very competitive price and a fair part exchange for my old car. A couple of minor problems were quickly sorted out with the minimum of fuss. Would highly recommend anyone to try this place. Well done everyone at FCC.

Feb 18,2025I'd like to acknowledge a member of the FCC team who has gone above and beyond today. Caron in reception has been so helpful and has made what was bad day a better. We bought a car from FCC last month and have been waiting for the V5 to arrive. We received an email yesterday stating we were now the owners of this car and that it was now untaxed. My husband is away with work and I didn't know where to try and start with this. We didn't have the green new owner slip with the 12-digit code. Caron gave me that code this morning but it wouldn't work as we are now the registered keeper. She then immediately rang DVLA explained the problem and got it sorted for me as DVLA have now marked the car as taxed. Please pass my thanks to Caron, she deserves so much more than this for being a fantastic representative of FCC.
