Sep 19,2023It was great, I enjoyed the fact it was an audio training. It was explicit in its explanations. It was also short and covered all the important areas. It had pictures and diagrams to explain each page and some short video links to help illustrate further. I loved it.

Sep 17,2023My experience was awesome, during the training I was able to learn additional medical administrations, condition and treatment like tracheostomy, understanding epilepsy, lone working awareness and PEG feeding which is not included in my previous training. The area of improvement that I can only suggest is the improvement on the training website because during my course of the training the sometimes Iβm logout for no reason and I will have to start the particular training all over again which is a bit frustrating.
