Jun 08,2023They are scammers. I bought 4 tickets with them. Was able to go to my destination, but wasn't able to come back because they did not pay American Airlines for my return tickets. Everything was so chaos at the airport, no pity at all and I was with my 2 year-old son and my mom and sister. I had to book return tickets by myself because nobody was able to help. A few hours after I purchased the return tickets, an agent was able to find me return tickets the following day, but I had to pay hotel fees. I also had to pay the cancelation fees of the return tickets I booked because nobody was able to help. As of now, I've requested a refund for the return tickets and I've been told that I bought tickets with Kenya Airways, and I am located in Quebec. It is ridiculous, they are scammers!

Saved some money going through flights channel, so if you’re on a budget, I recommend buy a ticket through them.

Jun 06,2023I had to call back several times because I received no response from them, after completing my reservation. Even if it is written that they answer us in 24Hrs. 3 days later I spoke to someone efficient, Ronak Williams. Aero Mexico blocked tickets for December and were no longer available. He offered me better tickets for the same price which were more expensive and for a faster ride. The tickets he found for me were selling for $500 cad each more expensive on the market. Ronak speaks better English than the 5 other people I spoke with who are difficult to understand. So I managed to get tickets for an excellent price but I had to deal with it and make several calls. Ask Ronak for great service. J'ai dû rappeler à plusieurs reprises parce que je ne recevais aucune réponse d'eux, après avoir rempli ma réservation. Même si c'est écrit qu'ils nous réponde en 24Hrs. 3 jours après j'ai parlé a quelqu'un d'efficace, Ronak Williams. Aero Mexico a bloqué les billets pour décembre et n'étaient plus disponible. Il m'a offert de meilleurs billets pour le même prix qui valaient plus cher et pour un trajet plus rapide. Les billets qu'il m'a trouvé se vendaient $500 cad chacun plus cher sur le marché. Ronak parle mieux anglais que les 5 autres personnes avec qui j'ai parlé et qui sont difficilement compréhensible. Donc j'ai réussi a avoir des billets pour un excellent prix mais j'ai dû m'en occupé et faire plusieurs appels. Demandez Ronak pour un excellent service.

Jun 01,2023I booked a flight with them on May 28, 2023. Several hours later they sent an email to contact them. I did and was told the flight was no longer available and I needed to pay almost $200 more. I refused and told them their site was still advertising that same flight at the same cost. A few days later my friend tried to book with them because they advertised a similar flight. The same thing happened. They called for more money!
