I booked flights from Alaska to South Carolina through this agency. The price was amazing (900/head on Delta vs 2k everywhere else). Jonny called me within 5 minutes of hitting submit to let me know one of the return flights was overbooked and got me on another for the same price. This was actually a good thing as it tuned my two stop return leg in to a one stop return leg. Bonus! Jonny was very friendly and my etickets arrived within 24 hours as per their initial email. I will use them again in the future as they saved me a ton of money and were very responsive.

I had the pleasure of working with James with my booking. My wife and I got airline tickets from AVL to PDX at a 37% discount. Normally to get savings like that we need to drive 2 hours one way to CLT. Before booking I saw a lot of negative reviews and that had me worry. The most common one was that the person didn't receive the E-ticket. James informed me that it takes 24-48 Hours to get them. After 24 hours I emailed James and that same night I got my E-tickets. I definitely say give Flights Channel LLC a chance, I can't say you'll have the same experience as me but you'll never know if you don't try.
After booking my flight I realized that my email address was incorrect. I had no choice but to quickly make a call to make corrections. Anna Williams was excellent in assisting me with the process, thank you again for your professionalism, I recommend Anna to anyone.
You asked for more details: My earnest opinion is that this crock of a company is being ran from someone's basement; Not even once in the numerous times I've called, have *anyone* answering, stated the *name of the company* - IF, they answer at all! I scheduled from/to/rtn flights for fam mbrs from SNA to SEA over 2021/22 holidays via delta airlines; D/t weather/pandemic, there were many cancellations leaving travelers to find their own rtn flights; Detla *confirmed* refunds x 2 for $148.60 = $297.20 to two separate MCs registered to FC LLC, on 01/10/22; Since mid Jan, I've heard nothing but repeated lies & excuses stating the "refund agent" was/is not available; I am always told "call back in 2hrs", or the next day at a specific time, only to hear the same verbatim lies by any answering agent. Recently (past 30-days), I spoke to an agent who verified I was owed an refund, even repeating the last digits of CC to be refunded; this same lying agent, gave me a personal guarantee nearly 30-days ago that I'd see my refund within 15-business days. My last communication yesterday (6/11), resulted in sames lies as before by a female rep. Simply stated, this company IS NOT recommended by the BBB, there's nothing but negative comments about their customer service/responses, and this retired military veteran just wants his REFUND, and a personal pledge not to use this company EVER again, and to ensure to notify as many within my sphere of influence to NEVER use/trust this basement-ran outfit. If there was an option for -0 stars, this company would get a 5-star rating in reverse! REFUND my money at once!

They company is based in India yet they have English names and don't pick up the phone. Chaged me 700 for tickets and then canceled it saying my card was declined. Had the bank on a 3 way and then the story changed. They had the money and was saying that they did not have it. SMH the bank has opened a claim after hearing what they has to say on the 3 way. This place is a scam and all the good reviews are oneliners or just bots with 45 characters limits which is why there is never a detailed review
I was unsure of a reservation that I made so I called your contact line. Veronica was most helpful and put me at ease by verifying my reservation, when it will be confirmed via email and questions about Frequent Flyer credit. This all prevented me from mistakenly booking the same flight twice. Thank you again.

This should have been simple! I placed an order for Flights through Flights Channel and got Confirmation of the order. The notice sent to my email stated an e-ticket will be sent "shortly." I waited and rechecked my email but did not get any correspondence. I forgot about it and a week later I reread the notice regarding the e-ticket. I checked all my email from the week earlier and the spam folder but nothing came. I emailed the address on their website for assistance and received no response. I called the Need Help number and left the Agency Reference # and a short detailed message. Still no response in over three days so I called my credit card company and had them reissue a new card. For something so simple it has become concerning and I regret using their service.
