Inquiring about the e-ticket delivery by online chatting and also by phone was very professional and pleasant. Staff and associates to whom I dealt with were all very professional and courteous. Apr 24,2022Everything seemed fine at the beginning. Booked 5 tickets, received invoice, money withdrawal, and received confirmation from airline I was flying. Morning of departure back home having trouble checking in with airline. We final spoke to someone from airline they confirmed we had NO tickets. Flight channel canceled our tickets and did NOT refund the money. My family spent another night in hotel, booked another flight home paying triple the price and two trips to the airport. Will be reporting all this to the Better Business Bereau to investigate and file a small claims with our local court. Absolutely a scam these people are thieves. Wish I read the reviews first.

Apr 21,2022THIS IS A COMPANY THAT NEEDS A ZERO! THEY ARE FRAUDS. Do not use this company they will not book you tickets and take your money and you will be in the fight for your life to get a refund. If you are the unlucky soul to get caught by them 1. file with the BBB 2. file with IATA 3. File with your credit card fraud charges so they can lean on them file with the city of Las Vegas business license agency only way you might get your money back non of thier certifications on thier website are real.

Not only was he able to get me the flights, but he was also able to get me an additional seat on the same flights for the same price almost a month later. I will always poke around myself when looking for flights, but I have John's email marked. He will hear from us again!

Apr 30,2022Anna at flight channel is nothing less then a scam artist. I booked a ticket 10 days ago and have yet to get any type of confirmation email from them. Every time I call them, they say it will be there in 24-48 hours. SCAMMERS
