Mar 06,2023Yo compre un voleto en agosto para viajar en diciembre, la cual fue debitado y todo, se me ocurre la brillante idea de llamar a la aerolinea con quien viajaba para poder comprar una maleta adiciona, con me doy cuenta que mi voleto no existe, me dicen que debo comunicarme con este agencia FLIGHTSCHANNEL para saber que paso, resuelta que despues de 1 semana llamando me dicen que mi boleto fue cancelado y no sabian porque, me dicen que en 60 dias me daban mi reembolso y ya vamos para 90 dias y nada que me dan respuesta de mi dinero, querian darme otro supuesto boleto tenia que pagar el doble de lo que me salia mi boleto, siento que es una falta de respeto de parte de ellos no avisar que me cancelan el boleto y menos decirme el porque??? He pasado muchos correos y nadie me responde pero cuando fueron a debitar mi dinero si habian correos de ellos, creo que son unos estafadores. Quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero porque no me lo regalaron. MAS NUNCA COMPRO AQUI Y NADIE COMPRE EN ESTA EMPRESA NO SON RESPONSABLES, si hubiese leído ante de esta agencia no hubiese comprado son estafadores, nunca responden solo cuando quieren que les pagues, no dan la cara NO COMPREN JAMAS AQUI ... SON IRRESPONSABLES
