May 15,2025Sales pitch was that the lower bids would up-sale and that there price would not deviate. Decide and agreed upon set price and 2 days later recieved call stating and additional $150 would be needed as no drivers took their bid. Not my problem...we agreed upon price. Canceled service and found anther carrier cheaper with no price deviation. Do not believe that sales pitch or all carriers use the same bidding board.

Apr 22,2025Ok They start with a GREAT PRICE. I had inquired prices 3 MONTHS before my shipping time. The price went from $460. To $650. Then $800 When they finally called me with the date it was OVER $1000. I cancelled the whole order. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Mar 14,2025These guys are the worst. They quoted me a price of $800 and then, on the day of the pickup, raised it to $975. Everything was set, so I had not choice but to do it. I told them to tell the driver it was really important to be at the pickup point within an hour of the time given, since the seller of the car was taking time off work to meet them, so of course the driver was late, and then cancelled altogether. I spoke to the driver and it was clear he never got that message, hadn't been given contact information for the seller, or anything else. "Mia" "Jimmy" and "Nick" were no help at all.

Sep 16,2024I got stuck in Charleston and all of a sudden I had to find someone to move my car back to Austin, like, quickly. I went online and I did the usual google search, compared the offers and reviews but until I called these guys, nobody was giving me that confidence to ship my car with them as Flix team did. I was working with Mia and she's really great, has so much experience and maybe that was the factor but anyways thy did great, really great.

May 16,2025I needed to transport a car I purchased in New Hampshire to Texas. It was very stressful because I don’t know anything about this industry. I didn’t know the best questions to ask etc. I initially got in with some less than reputable industry people who were perhaps trying to take advantage of the situation. Jack with Flix got my car to me, earlier than originally anticipated, in perfect condition. I would absolutely both use them again and recommend them
