Am fost asteptat la 3 dimineata chiar daca avionul a avut intarziere 2h, nu cum se procedeaza la alte firme care iti anuleaza rezervarea daca nu ai ajuns in maxim 1h de la ora trecuta pe voucher. Foarte amabili si profesionisti! Va recomand tuturor sa incercati aceasta firma si o sa va convingeti singuri! Felicitari echipei!

Aug 11,2019Great customer service. They were on time both directions. Told me ahead they charged me for car wash (9 euro). Very strict car check up, low deposit. Car almost new, they called me before to let me know if ok to have different model. Honest company and people. I will rent there again

Aug 10,2019Experience was overall positive; for the money it's the best I have seen. For me at least, the booking was a two step process - final confirmation came in an email some hours after I booked online. Not a problem unless you book at the last moment, when you might want instant confirmation. The car was in a very good technical state, although somewhat high mileage. Actual waiting time at the airport was minimal, a lot faster than my other experiences. Overall I can only recommend them.

Aug 09,2019Overall good company and was happy with their service. Prices are up-to-date on their website. Ordered a Dacia Logan Mk2 1.5 Diesel, and was given a 0.9 Petrol but that doesn't matter because the car was a beaut. It was nice and clean, was very happy with it. Will definitely be renting a car from them again!!

Aug 07,2019Used FMN hire car twice and will recommend without hesitation. Reliable meet & greet on arrival and departure. Friendly customer service and open about costs and options. My only advice is that it would really help if there is online booking service in English where a booking could be easily made and changed if required. But overall a very good service and will use again.

Aug 04,2019I got a recomadation from a friend of mine regard fmn. I took one car Ford focus for my parents. And Dacia logic for my self and family. Had a great experience with them. From the second we arrived somebody was waiting for us and acompany us to the shuttle. The shuttle takes 3 min to the parking. The paper work was fast. The cars was waiting us ready to go. The returnig was fast, without any "games". I would definitely go with them in the future.

Jul 31,2019Cu o seara inainte de plecare am facut o rezervare pentru o masina automata pe internet. Avand in vedere ca erau mai putin de 24 de ore nu credeam ca ma vor suna. A2a zi dimineata m-au sunat cu 30 de minute inainte de zborul meu si cu toate ca nu mai aveau modelul de masina pe care i.l cerusem eu mi.au gasit o masina tot automata foarte asemanatoare cu ce cerusem, noua si care mergea foarte bine. Personalul a fost foarte disponibil desi am avut intraziere cu zborul si cateva probleme cu telefonul la aterizare; m-au asteptat la aeroport. Au dat dovada de foarte multa profesionalitate si ii recomand sincer oricui are nevoie de inchiriat o masina.
