Jul 16,2019We had a great experience with FMN Rent in Bukarest Otopeni Airport! First of all the Desktop manager Gavi waited for us for ages at the gate, since our flight was late at least one hour. After driving us to the office and pick-up station we were very pleased to be given an upgrade which resulted in a brand new Mercedes GLA. The deposit we had to leave was quite low, compared to bigger rivals. He was very patient with our tired kids and then he was very helpful with the childrens seats. Upon return everything went very fast and he then drove us personally back to our gate. Thank you very much, always again and therefore 5 stars!

Jul 15,2019Literally the most smoothest process of hiring a car. Gentleman met me at the airport, done all checks and paperwork there, explained everything throughly, handed me the keys. Few days later coming back, situation was bad, I also had no battery on my phone. To my surprise he was waiting for me at the front of the airport entrance. As a customer i appreciate these small actions. I will definitely use again on my next visit.
