i brought some new Demolition Monuments tyres only FoundationBmx had them in stock. The website interface was easy to operate and to find the tyres i wanted, the checkout was easy to navigate and buy the tyres. The delivery said 2 to 3 days i ordered it on Sunday late night, i was surprised the tyres came on Tuesday very quick, thought they were going to come on Wednesday. i liked the website and delivery. very good delivery, will recommend to friends.

We only had one problem, they sent to the billing address not to my son's lol, but not a problem as we just sent it on. Would have been a pain if it was something heavy. We had a lovely call from them to explain that, as I'd ordered late on a Thursday, the order wouldn't be with us within 48hrs.....courier didn't operate over weekends (or class weekends as work days, one or the other) Very pleasant people, would definitely use again :)

Brought bmx a few months ago. Recently had issue with brakes. I emailed a photo of the broken part and copy of receipt. Had email back stating it wold be sorted on warranty. Part posted out as soon as received. Can't fault them. They were very helpful at the time of buying the bike offering honest advice. Would highly recommend

If you're looking to buy a BMX these guys are awesome! They built my bike and sent it to me but it didn't end there, even after the sale they continued to advise me and help me with what I needed. Genuine, awesome service, knowledgeable, friendly and awesome product! Thank you Foundation BMX!

Great communications, the chain tool I ordered wasn't in stock so we sorted out an alternative. Sadly the chain tool supplied is/was made of cheese, although I got the chain on the little guides in the tool are made of weak metal and have snapped. Will be sorting out a Park Tool instead shortly.

I have purchased two full bikes (one for me, one for my brother). The bikes where 99% built and to a very good quality. The speed of shipping was around 3-6 working days and was fast considering they had to build and check the bike. The website could have a few more filtering options, top tube length, wheel size, etc. But i have had a very pleasant service from foundation bmx and would recommend.

My son purchased a railed seat for his bmx. Once realising that his original seat post wasn't for a railed seat I contacted the shop for advise. They went out of their way to source a seat post at a great discount. The shop needed to order this in as it wasn't on their Web site. Very pleased with the experienced staff and how helpful they were.

I spoke to Mike at Foundation about some wheels for my son. He was knowledgeable about the products and the current trends to help me make the right purchase. The build was fast, good quality and arrived quickly. I'd highly recommend this shop as they clearly understand BMX and customer service.

After a bit of searching I'm very pleased that I managed to get a copy of 'DIG BMX Issue No. 99.5' at Foundation BMX. The book was well packaged and I received it no times. With regards to BMX supplies and products I'll be purchasing from here again. Cheers.
