Mike was fantastic, as a parent knowing almost nothing about the workings of a bike and being anxious about purchasing one online, he answered all my emails promptly, offering to build it for me to collect from store or to send it to us with the tools for me to complete with minimal work. He was helpful on the phone when I rang just to clarify how I would assemble and receive the bike, which once ordered arrived in secure packaging 2 days after ordering .All in all a reassuring service that means I can rest assured that on Christmas morning I’ll have an extremely happy Son. This is definitely a guy and company i’ll be recommending. Many thanks for your help Mike it is much appreciated

The owner helped me out in anyway possible and could've let me pay for my item in multiple payments but I ended up having the money so I bought the item straight away.
